3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or peak periods, which are outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging

Exceptions:
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eternalempireandco.com

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.

We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
